Introducing our meet the team series, where you can find out more about the IntelliQA team; first up is Roshni Parsooth! 1. What is your current role, and how long have you been working at IntelliQA?
My role is the Director of Operations; I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing a team of talented professionals, and ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. I have been with IntelliQA for the past three years, during which time I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of Robotics.
2. What is your favourite part of your role? And what is your greatest achievement?
One of my favourite parts of my role is learning about robots and their capabilities. It is fascinating to see how these machines can be programmed to perform complex tasks and improve efficiency in various industries. Additionally, I love being part of a great team that is passionate about innovation and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. My greatest achievement at IntelliQA has been helping to organise and streamline processes, as well as assisting the business in scaling up. I take pride in the fact that I have played a key role in creating a more efficient and effective company that is better equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
3. What excites you about working for IntelliQA?
What excites me most about working for IntelliQA is being part of a leading innovation company in robotics, working with some large organisations, with supporting their payment testing. The company's commitment to research and development, along with its focus on customer satisfaction, makes it an exciting and dynamic place to work. The company offers great career opportunities and progression, which makes it a really exciting workplace.
4. Tell us a bit about yourself?
Outside of work, I have recently started playing Netball again, which has been a great way to stay active and social. Netball is a fun and challenging sport that requires a combination of agility, teamwork, and strategy. With two young children, most of my weekends are taken up by family days out to the Farm, Zoo, park, soft play and kid’s parties, but as they get a little older, I’m finally getting a bit of my time back. I’m looking forward to booking a spa day soon!
5. Fun fact about yourself?
Finally, a fun fact about me is that I have been told I can be a good child whispering; I know how to keep them entertained and quiet (but not my own kids)!
